One unusual aspect of Darren's service is that he knows tradespeople who can do many small & big repairs on a house in a timely way so the house being sold is not delayed in getting on the market, nor held up in a sale if something shows up that needs to be fixed. Also, by teaming up with his partner Joe, there is always someone available to address the client's concerns around the clock. Throughout the whole process, I knew I was in great hands.
