I can't speak highly enough of Darrell. I came to him after having spent a frustrating few months with a different agent who wasn't particularly proactive, and was immediately blown away by Darrell's responsiveness, attention to detail, and incredible breadth of knowledge. He knew historical details about all the houses we looked at, and clearly understood how much work a house would require. Less than two months after starting my search with Darrell I had my offer accepted on my dream house, and he continued to help me so much throughout the closing. This was my first purchase and I had no idea what I was doing, but with Darrell you don't need to worry! I was also informed by the sellers after closing that one of the reasons I got the house was because their agent had previously worked with Darrell and knew he was wonderful. Darrell was a great resource to me. I do not live in the immediate area and had to come up on the weekends to clean out and prepare my aunts condo for sale. I did not know the local contractors or repair people so I was always starting from scratch. Nor had I had to use some of the types of services I would need; but Darrell always had someone in his rolodex or and idea how to fix something. He was always responsive and listened and tried to help any way he could. Since I did not live close he would volunteer to stop on over and check on the condo or let workers in, so that we could stay on track to list the property. Plus he helped with staging it too! I could not have done it without him!

Darrell has been our sellers agent and buyers agent on several homes. He’s a delight to work with.
