From our first sit-down meeting until closing, she was exemplary. She patiently walked me through the entire process clearly and compassionately, explaining everything as we went. She kept in contact to remind me of things that needed to be done, quickly responded to any questions of mine, and was my cheerleader when I felt overwhelmed. From start to finish (less than 2 months), she made the entire process easy and seamless. She knows her industry intimately, and she is exactly who I needed. I am so grateful. I will not hesitate to contact her with any future real estate needs I may have, and have already recommended her to multiple friends.

Dar is amazing to have in your corner. Her depth of knowledge and ability to balance being sweet and tough when needed was a breath of fresh air. Buying a home in this market has come with immeasurable anxiety, and Dar was a calm in the storm. When I first saw her credentials and affiliations, I was worried she would be so busy, we would fall to the wayside. Not once. Every call was answered, every text and email replied to within minutes. You would have thought we were the only job she had. Turns out she’s Wonder Woman, but, with WAY more knowledge about the business of buying houses. I look forward to our next home buying/selling with her, and will be inviting her to all of our bbqs, cause through this process, she became more than just our realtor, she honestly is a friend.

Dar is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and prompt. With government relocation we had minimal expectations, but my wife and I struck gold. She has been beyond accommodating in working with our strict timeline and has moved other priorities around to make herself available. The market in Denver is crazy, to say the least, and she skillfully navigated us through this mine field. We have found our forever realtor and a good friend. You can’t go wrong choosing Dar. Our experience with Dar was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment we met with her, we enjoyed interacting with her. She is warm, and easy to talk to. She listened to all of our must-haves and our wants and found us properties that checked all the boxes. We found our perfect house, and Dar made the the purchase seamless to the point that all we needed to do was show up on closing and sign.
