Dar is amazing to have in your corner. Her depth of knowledge and ability to balance being sweet and tough when needed was a breath of fresh air. Buying a home in this market has come with immeasurable anxiety, and Dar was a calm in the storm. When I first saw her credentials and affiliations, I was worried she would be so busy, we would fall to the wayside. Not once. Every call was answered, every text and email replied to within minutes. Our family was initially looking for a 'vacation' or 'investment' home as we traveled to Denver often for my husband's job.
