Darlene has been our property manager for 3 years. We have had the worst experience having her represent our property. She causes heartache with every tenant, enough that they reach out to us hoping to bypass her. She does not respond to their requests to fix issues with the home. She does not keep up with yearly home inspections, in fact skipping them for over 3 years. She is nearly impossible to contact, which makes showing the property a nightmare. Prospect tenants have walked away multiple tines because of issues with viewing the property. Learn from our mistake; don't trust her with your investment!
