I cannot say enough about the knowledge and the consultative nature of Darice during the entire process. The Sale of this home was very difficult for me and my family due to the passing of my father and no directives in place. Darice navigated through all the issues and was able to sell the property very quickly and with no surprises. All along the way we were communicating (multiple times per day) even when Darice was on vacation. Darice outlined the market, the condition of the property and what exactly needed to be completed to find a buyer. Darice is a dedicated individual that truly works for the customer and provides the right amount of guidance and will have the open and honest conversations. Darice was a pleasure to work with, I will work with Darice again in the future.
