Darcy was referred to us by our lender, Kylan Schooley with Nations Lending. This was our first homebuying experience, and Darcy kept us abreast of everything that was taking place, as well as everything that was needed and a timeframe of when to complete it. We weren't 100% sure what to expect with everything associated in homebuying, but she helped us through all of it! When we first started paperwork, we went to Alliance Realty's office. The gal at the front desk greeted us kindly, and that they provided drinks (water, soda, etc.) really spoke to me about taking care of their clients.
