Ms. Ferguson's market knowledge was excellent. She explained in detail, providing charts and listings in explaining what the housing market was doing and my home's ranking in all of it. Her level of communication was excellent. No matter what questions I had, she patiently explained, providing clear, concise answers. She ensured to maintain telephonic contact a minimum of once a week, letting me know what was going on with the house, and during the final phase of selling the house. Her level of professionalism was excellent. She went over and beyond in ensuring that we communicated on a weekly basis, appropriately dealing with other persons: contractors, buyers, etc. She managed all aspects of this process in a manner resulting in my feeling very supported, and well guided. She efficiently dealt with any questions, concerns or problems.
