I felt she had my own interest at heart. She explained a lot of procedures and paperwork which needs to be done when purchasing a house for the last time on my own. She wasn’t very sure about where my property line ends & starts. Prior to moving into this new house, there were certain areas which needed to be repaired - contract was signed by seller to have this done. This is in regards to the attic fan. It was supposedly fixed by an individual who was hired to do this by seller. The fan lasted about seven days of working , after I moved in the house. It has been broken ever since. There has been some conflict as to when or how it is going to get fixed. Along with who is responsible for paying for the repairs. This is the only frustration I’ve had as far as Darcy being my realtor. OK everybody’s cool don’t worry oh yeah oh I thought maybe you drop certain are you done with your test I can talk to you

Darcy was amazing! We moved to KS from out of state and came up for a weekend to look at 5 houses in 4 counties. We left without one under contract and it was discouraging. Darcy went and pulled several more properties and looked at them with us in mind then when she decided that she found a property we would like she sent detailed videos of every room inside the house and the outside property as well. She knew exactly what we would like and be able to make our forever home... we bought that property sight unseen and though at first nervous we have never regretted it! Best decision ever!

After my contract with him ended, I went back to Darcy, she had sold the house to me 9 yrs earlier. The difference was unbelievable. She gave honest and upfront thoughts on what would sell my house.
