Dara Singleton

We worked with Dara for TWO years to find our new home, and sell our existing home too. We were very picky buyers, but Dara was patient with us and only directed us to the homes & open houses that were even remotely interesting to us. She didn't waste our time with styles that we weren't into at all and we really appreciated that! Also, our situation was very complicated, with selling prior to buying, and she adeptly navigated the situation and got us extra time in our home after selling (what's called a lease-back) because our new home required some fixer-upper-ing. Dara was EXCELLENT to work with and made sure we knew what the next steps were all along the way. At negotiation time, she was a straight shooter with other agents -- some agents will overestimate prices and play a dirty game but Dara works with integrity and respect, and I think this worked in our benefit, because she got us a great deal! I would not hesitate to work with her again, and I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

I have worked with Dara for many years and have found her to be extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable---great service all around. Emails/calls/texts are always returned promptly and she has an excellent pulse on the market and all things real estate! Highly recommended.

Dara was so great. My partner and I are first-time homebuyers, and she was patient and supportive as we cast, at first, a comically wide net; she helped us to focus in on what we really wanted and what we were willing to compromise on. She was responsive to all our questions (paranoid as they sometimes were), and available to meet us at weird times that suited our schedules. With Dara's help, we landed the second home we placed on offer on, at just barely above asking, after under three weeks of searching.

Dara made an otherwise unbearable experience enjoyable. We worked together almost every day for of over a year, and she was always patient and positive. I'll never work with another realtor.
