Dante Anchelia

Dante was just the person my wife and I needed as we began to search for our first home together. He helped us from the beginning to the very end. Let me explain that part a little better. When we first decided on where we wanted to own a home, and all the details that came with that such as amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, HOA fees, etc., Dante inputted all of our preferences into a private portal and sent us a direct link with all the listed properties within our criteria. If we told him we wanted to change a preference, he was very swift with updating the portal criteria for us. Dante was aware that we wanted to move as soon as possible, so there were many times when he would let us know of great priced properties before we got a chance to log on to the portal to see it (since my wife & I have demanding work schedules), and he would schedule those viewings as soon as he got our approval. A few months later, we found OUR PERFECT starter home with his help! He then ever so kindly, guided us (step by step) through the closing process to ensure that it was easy for us. He also suggested contractors, in case we wanted to make any changes to our new home. Ultimately, our experience would not have been as comforting if Dante did not put our needs first, and we will always be grateful for having him as our realtor and a lifelong friend.
