Danielle sold a condo for me in our current down market in one day! She had the place staged and ready to go from the moment the listing went up. We had one showing that day. A contract offer followed. There were some expected bumps along the way - it is in fact a buyers market at this time and place. She's a pro at reading the market to determine listing values, when to drop pricing, etc. She's a pro at negotiations. Throughout the process, she's also a great home-owner-handler. As she guided us through a tough market that no one predicted (overnight home sales were slowing with many serious drops in value), she helped us weather that uncertainty while also bearing the brunt of home shoppers leaving unnecessarily nit-picky comments as feedback... simply because they could. Without Danielle it could have been a discouraging time for us. In the end, we feel like she was our insurance policy to succeed and we made a great return on our investments. Her mere presence in the process made it as enjoyable as it could be. (When you're preparing two homes for sale at the same time, while moving and buying yet another house!)
