Great experience overall

My wife and I had a great experience working with Danielle to purchase our first home. She was such a helpful guide to us throughout the entire process, and I always felt like our (many) questions and requests were her top priority. Danielle’s wealth of experience really paid off for us during the offer phase. She’s an excellent negotiator and communicator. In our case, our offer was quite a bit below list price, and Danielle skillfully communicated with the listing agent to level-set prior to us making our offer. She is also analytically savvy and had many important data points to back up our position when we made an offer. All in all, Danielle is a great agent and on top of that she is super friendly. We have happily recommended her to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
