Amazing buying experience

We were referred to Danielle Paluscio by our real estate agent on the east coast. We were immediately impressed and put at ease by Danielle from the moment we had our first call. We were looking to purchase a home in Phoenix and were living in Washington state. She patiently listened as we listed off everything we desired and wanted to avoid, curated a list of properties for us to scout through, explained why she suggested removing properties from our list and never once left us feeling like a nuisance or asked too many questions. She met with us twice in Phoenix to view properties in person and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. Not only did she work for us and our family and timeline, we appreciated that she was a great agent for the selling agent to work with. She was fair, have great advise and was inspiring. In todays real estate market, anything can happen. Danielle made is obvious that she was invested in our investment and lives and we will utilize her expertise anytime we decide to sell or purchase a property again. Hands down 10 out of 10.
