She led the work with her extensive network to get every detail on the house ready, repaired, staged, etc. Next, she aggressively marketed the house, had frequent open houses, followed up with every visitor to gain feedback, and chased every lead. Once we got to the offer stage, she was a great partner negotiating to get us the best deal while also helping the other agent move through the process efficiently given his team was less experienced.
