Danielle was incredible throughout the process of buying our first home. She was very ambitious right from the start of our search. We were very impressed with her approach on evaluating potential homes. Whether it was checking for flood zones, evaluating the ownership of nearby land, or contacting the listing agents in a timely manner, Danielle was there to take action. Once we finally found the house we were looking for, Danielle was persistent in contacting the listing agent for as much information as possible but did so tactfully in a way that was not pushy or overbearing. Even though we made roughly the same offer as two other potential buyers, the sellers picked our offer because they thoroughly enjoyed communicating with Danielle and knew that there would be no problems to close with us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable realtor!
