Buying our first long distance investment property could have been scary and stressful, luckily we had Danielle! Her experience working with out of state investors and expertise in the Cleveland market made the whole process really smooth. When we located properties to check out Danielle walked us through on a comprehensive, live video tour, calling out potential issues, feedback on the neighborhood and other items we would have never thought about. Great experience working with Danielle! As a first time home buyer, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. She went the extra mile to point out the small details while looking at homes that we would have missed. Not only was she very knowledgable, before we started looking at homes, she sat us down and explained everything we needed to do to start and complete the home buying process. She also took it upon herself to follow up with the mortgage company to make sure that things were getting done. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone! She not only did her job great, she made us feel very comfortable and never pressured us into any decision we were not ready to make.
