Danielle is professional and friendly. She had good advice about repairs and upkeep prior to sale, and excellent suggestions for people to do that work and other tasks associated with moving. She re-homed furniture, plants and other household items, and took charge of the house after we had moved out of state. Danielle was also helpful during the closing process, and most importantly, in a market where properties typically took several months to sell, we had a contract three days after listing.
