I can honestly say that I feel blessed to have had Daniela as my realtor and I am enamored by the property I purchased with her guidance! It is in a great neighborhood, with excellent schools, close to the beach, as I always dreamed!! As a first time home owner in an ever changing crazy market, I felt completely lost. She, not only understood my needs and wants, but had the patience of a goddess when those kept changing. She also went above and beyond to make sure I chose areas with A+ schools for my baby girl, near recreational areas where I could do extra curriculum activities, and when I finally purchased the home from an elderly woman, she helped the previous owner get relocated. She helped her find movers and even drove her to her new home. She is a mom, loving and caring, she listens and understands your needs, and most importantly very professional and knowledgable about this crazy market!! I cannot recommend her enough to all my friends who are looking for their perfect home or investment property.
Daniela doesn't have too many years in the business but she goes above and beyond expectations, good listener, always on top of every step of the transaction and a wide knowledge if you are an investor.
