He told us his strategy of pricing right, his marketing plan and got us way over our list price as he predicted and negotiated for us extensively. We were ready to buy our first home. Feeling nervous and overwhelmed in this current market that is so competitive and moving so quickly . We met Daniel through our lender and he immediately made us feel confident and comfortable to start the process. Daniel was located about an hour away and I was worried the distance might make it harder for him to be available to see properties quickly. BUT we quickly realized our fears were unfounded . Danny responded almost immediately to ANY houses we sent to him and he drove all the way out to Yucaipa multiple times to show us homes. When we finally found our dream home Danny made sure we were the first ones to see it and he advised us on the right and fair offer to make and one that would fit with our budget. He helped us through every step and was excellent at helping to negotiate after our appraisal came back lower than our offer. We did a 30 day escrow and that meant Danny was working every day to meet the timeline and ensure we got our HOME ! I did not know what to expect from an agent but Danny was above and beyond Anything we could have ever asked for.
