We reached out to Danny because we had heard the amazing work he did for my sister and BIL during the 2020 market. We started working with Danny in early April and were in escrow by May. The process was easy, and that’s saying a lot because we are first time buyers. He spent time when we first met to go over the process and how the market was at the time. We would see houses, tell him which ones we liked, he would run the comps and would recommend a competitive offer. Literally every time we put offers in, at least 1 would come back with a counter. Danny did an amazing job representing me for the purchase of my home. We saw probably 5-7 homes in total and when we saw the last home, that ultimately was the home I purchased, I told Danny “this is the one, I need you to make this one happen” and he did. He went above and beyond on the negotiations and even negotiated the price of my home down by $10,000 even in a competitive market. I was a contingent buyer too, meaning I was selling my home in order to buy another one and he made sure that one closed on time so I could also close my new home purchase on time.
