We reached out to Danny because we had heard the amazing work he did for my sister and BIL during the 2020 market. We started working with Danny in early April and were in escrow by May. The process was easy, and that’s saying a lot because we are first time buyers. He spent time when we first met to go over the process and how the market was at the time. We would see houses, tell him which ones we liked, he would run the comps and would recommend a competitive offer. Literally every time we put offers in, at least 1 would come back with a counter. Danny has great knowledge in real estate and really knows how to make an offer appealing to a seller. He was very respectful of our budget and never pressured us. The whole process is a horrible experience. One day your on track the next day you need to pay 5 credit cards off. Daniel was always there to help and explain things. He worked with my husband day and night to get it done. I would definitely refer him in the future.
