Daniel Greer made big promises in order to get my listing. His sales pitch stated the expectation (of course not a promise) for the sale price was the highest of the realtors I interviewed. He delivered on some, but not the most important of the promises and not on the overall result. The eventual sale price was lower than all of the other proposals. As an adept businessman, I felt that his priority is for his maximum personal gain on the transaction rather long term customer loyalty/value. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
