This is the second successful purchase transaction Dan has guided me through. I stress successful because as anyone who wants to purchase in todays market knows there are usually several attempts that are not successful. Through months of looking, Dan was always available to make time not only to make appointments, usually on short notice, sometimes rearranging his schedule, but more important, to patiently council and guide us through each property we visited. He always had our best interest in mind, pointing out negative as well as positive aspects and possibilities. He was also on task throughout the escrow process and was instrumental in getting us to and through the closings. Dan passed along his knowledge of the current market and communicated that knowledge to us in a sincere, professional but compassionate manner. His knowledge of RE law and ethics was so beneficial. He always conducted himself as a professional, but with a personal understanding of our goals. Again, although this site only allows for a 5 star rating, Dan is definitely a 10 in my book. Daniel was one of the best Realtors over the years. Dan was very open and honest with his opinions in a RE market that was not kind to my level of finances in house hunting. Months went by as people outbid me. He was able to understand what I was looking for in the price range that I could afford. It took a few months (or more) but he found my dream house. He listens very well, that doesn’t happen in all realty transactions, as I found through a few years of moving and again house hunting. Also, Daniel gets back to you quickly, even though he was often very busy. I am happy to say you will be happy, if your choice is Dan. Might just get your dream house like I did. I had a situation in which I had to sell my house in order to buy another home. It can be tricky yet Daniel was able to carry it out in the right time. This was not in a Favorable Market for those who are not richer. Thank you, Dan
