About Daniel

Daniel is from West University in Houston Texas. Growing up, his mother owned the Sunset Tea Room in West University where he worked and learned about customer service. After attending the Art Institute of Houston for interior design he moved to New York City to design a friend’s loft and home in the Hamptons. Eventually, he ended up in Austin to design a jazz club on 6th Street called Picassos. In 1995, he opened his own jazz club with his wife Jacquelyn on Red River Street in downtown Austin called the Caucus Club. They both loved the hospitality business and customer service, the live music scene, and their customers. In 1996 they were blessed with their first child Danielle and over the next few years owned and managed the business until their second child River was born. They decided at that point it was time for a change and Daniel went back to interior design and worked for a downtown modern furniture store and Jacquelyn obtained her real estate license. Four years later Daniel took a position with a luxury home builder Toll Brothers and sold homes all around West Austin and Lakeway. In 2008 Toll Brothers left Austin and he took a position with Scott Felder Homes and sold homes in Rough Hollow Lakeway for six years. During this time, Jacquelyn was fast becoming the number one Real Estate Agent in Austin for their former broker. Her business grew to a point where she needed assistance and Daniel joined her and created the Foreman Property Group. For the next eight years, they tripled their business and became the number one small team in Austin then in 2020 and 2021 became the number one small team in the entire state of Texas and in the top 500 agents of 110,000 agents worldwide for their former brokerage. Daniel offers a specialty that most agents don't have with new home construction. He has helped over 400 families build their new home and brings this expertise to his clients. From building a new home, to considering a used home and have remodeling questions, to negotiating inspection requests when selling your home, Daniel's construction experience brings a high level of expertise. We offer a concierge level of service to our clients and with our combined forty years in real estate we have compiled a team of service providers that assist our clients with anything they need for buying or selling real estate. If you are looking for real estate agents that simply “show houses,” Daniel and Jacqueline are not that. They are professionals who understand how to position, market, stage, and ultimately SELL a home — especially in a difficult market. Our home was in Rough Hollow, on a cul-de-sac, in a great location, but it was also seven years old and entering a market filled with uncertainty. Interest rates remain high, buyer hesitation is real, and there were significant headwinds. To make matters more challenging, at least five homes on our short street alone had sat on the market over the last three years for months at a time with little to no movement and, in some cases, no offers at all. From the very beginning, Daniel and Jacqueline asked us a simple but important question: “How badly do you want to sell your house?” What they meant was — are you willing to trust the process and follow professional advice? We did. They walked us through exactly what needed to be done to get the home show-ready. The list was thoughtful, strategic, and surprisingly manageable — no unnecessary projects or wasted money. We are so thankful to have worked with Daniel & Jacqueline to sell our home in Rough Hollow! They are true experts on Lakeway, which was what originally drew us to them. They were wonderful to work with — responsive, great communicators, and very detail- and process-oriented. Following their pricing and process recommendations is what allowed us to sell in just 4 days (before our open house!), while other homes on our street have sat on the market for months. They were also a huge help in getting ready to list. They had a network of vetted vendors for all the things we needed done and even helped coordinate schedules, which took so much off our plate. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

This team supports you from the moment you first meet. They truly understand the market and what it takes to sell quickly and for a great price. Their years of experience shine through in their recommendations—from strategic home improvements to effective marketing approaches and accurate pricing strategies. During the home improvements, Daniel hired and project managed the team. He didn’t forget that I was living in the house – he worked around my schedule. Jacquelyn graciously handled all customer showings, negotiations and contracts. She answered endless questions from potential buyers. Together, Jacquelyn and Daniel were always available for any of my questions or ideas (or nervous breakdowns ). I felt complete supported during this experience. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. They kept me informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting.
