Dane’s career in the corporate world began at Miller Coors where he was involved in Sales and National Accounts. The experience gained there soon translated into personal entrepreneurship as he started his own bar in downtown Denver which was a successful enterprise before he sold it, five years later. Combining his business acumen with his interpersonal skills, Dane then obtained a broker’s license and focused on real estate sales, marketing, and investing. Since then, he has honed his skills in real estate investments through developing and flipping numerous properties, addressing the needs of his customers through his residential and corporate salesmanship which epitomizes his attention to detail, his experience, and his respect for others.
Also an entrepreneur in landscaping and design, Dane owns a construction and excavation company which provides him with another new skillset that has proven invaluable in executing real estate projects within his constantly-expanding investment portfolio.
