I met Dana online searching for a home in the Hampstead area. I saw a lot but with our home not sold in California, it was just a dream. Fast forward 12 months, house sold, pandemic going on and we are heading East! Our 1st option did not work out so Dana showed us homes in my husband's price range. She understood my process. My husband and I were in need of selling our home in Holly Ridge due to a recent move. Dana came highly recommended by a friend who also bought and sold his home with her. Needless to say, the decision to work with Dana was the way to go and an overall a five star experience. We cannot say enough positive remarks about working with her over the past few months. She was a pleasure to work with, understanding all of our needs, always respectful of our privacy throughout the process of showing, and very responsive to questions (if she didn't have the answer at that moment she would fin an answer within a reasonable amount of time). She was with us through the whole process, from preparing us and the house for the market to negotating various offers and through the closing. After the building inspection she coordinated all of the repairs that needed to be made with professional contractors that she has worked with in the past. Since we were already living out of the area, she personally went to the house and ensured that all of their work was properly completed. At the time of final sale of the house, we were not in the area, she ensured that the closing documents were handled in advance so that the closing ran smooth.
