My husband and I were in need of selling our home in Holly Ridge due to a recent move. Dana came highly recommended by a friend who also bought and sold his home with her. We were very happy with Dana's services as our realtor in our move from VA to NC last summer. She is very personable; spent as much time as we needed, looking at many properties; is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Hampstead in particular and in the Wilmington area in general; was always on top of every detail; was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had; and was also quick to research anything she didn't have an immediate answer to. The lesser rating on Negotiation Skills is only because it was a new construction purchase and there wasn't much negotiating to be done with the builder, but I have no doubt she's at the top of her game in that as well. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.

Dana is wonderful! We first met her when moving from out of state. She spent the day showing us around with less than 24 hours notice. She guided us through the entire buying process and was so sweet and knowledgeable. She even went as far as asking me if I needed her to pick up groceries or any supplies from the hardware store so items would be waiting for us in our new home when we arrived upon closing.
