Dan was able to skillfully take us through quite a journey on our relocation and buying a house. We had two contracts that fell through due to problems found after inspections. Dan is well above all other Realtors in expertise and efficiency I have ever worked with. I had received post cards from time to time from him, and had saved one - 'just in case'. I worked with another Realtor in previous years that attempted to sell my condo - without making any attempts to make it marketable. She recommended selling it for a low price and after it was on the market for a week, tried to talk me into accepting an offer that would be much lower than the listing price - before an offer was even made. I knew once the listing contract was up, I would use a different realtor when I was ready to list it again. My condo needed quite a bit of work to be updated, repaired, and cleaned. I live 4 hours away and work long hours. Dan worked with others that do quality work to get quotes on everything recommended to get the condo ready to sell, without replacing items that have a high cost - countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc. He emailed me both before and after pictures. The condo sold for well more than it would have if the work had not been done - and it sold quickly! I will definitely use Dan in the future and highly recommend him to everyone!
