As we were out-of-state sellers we were fortunate to pick Dan Sine as our realtor. Not only was his real estate knowledge excellent his people skills were outstanding. We chose Dan over a friend who is a Realtor because of his knowledge of property around the beach area where our house was located. We had conversations with Dan about our property on and off for several years and finally made up our minds to sell. We contacted Dan for a meeting to discuss the he selling of our property. When we met he was very up beat about the opportunity to handle our sale. We told him the price that we wanted to list it at and he was good with it. A few days after our meeting he called and had someone that had placed an offer but we rejected it. He said that was ok and he would tell the buyer. We thought about the offer for a few days and countered with our bottom price. He communicated with the buyer through several counter offers and he persuaded the buyer to take our offer which the buyer did. Dan took it from that point and did all of the paperwork and kept us informed throughout the process until closing. He worked with the buyer and got us extra time after closing so that we could stay in the house until after the holidays. Dan did an excellent job in facilitating the recent purchase we made as well as the sale of the existing property. He was able to assist with repairs that needed to be made to both properties and knew many of the tradespeople needed which included electricians and plumbers, window repair service , carpentry. The process was overwhelming but he kept us focused on the tasks and time lines that needed to be followed. His attention to detail and communicating with all parties was outstanding. All of his skills factored into this transaction which must be followed to a letter to comply with exchange sales and purchases.
