Dan is very professional and even more so friendly. He knew all the answers from all our questions. He even helped us get set up with our utilities in Illinois, by finding us a concierge. He was not very active on selling our home didn't have a good experience at all he didn't keep in touch over the phone to let us know what was going on it was all through text it would not recommend him at all to anyone... He was for the buyers not us sellers at all...
