We had talked to Dan about what we were looking for when we were going to sell our house we were in and buy something different, and Dan went above and beyond. He put us on the realtor listings that would give us new houses for sale so we could keep an eye out. We got a call when we were just about ready with him telling us I think I found the perfect house and didn’t even hit the market. We looked at it and it was literally everything and more than we were looking for and a better price!!
