Dan got the job done! Under a tight schedule, we staged our condo, sold it, while negotiating a purchase of another home to occur on the same day. I would highly recommend him for his expertise in the process. He was also always accessible. There was a point in the negotiation process that got me a little worried, but then he came through on top with the best case negotiation that we wanted. He is also very personable and trustworthy. This all helped a potentially complicated situation go smoothly!

We just closed on our first house with Dan. To say that the Boston housing market is stressful would be a massive understatement, which is why we couldn't be more grateful for having Dan help us through every step.
