We were so lucky to work with Dan Gorfinkle a few months back as we relocated from Dubai to Boston. We first communicated with Dan over email and chose him over multiple other realtors because he really put in great effort to getting to know us and our preferences. Dan was a fantastic partner in helping to sell our condo. He did extensive research on the area and market, and had very good recommendations about how to stage and price it. At the same time, he was willing to listen to our input about where we'd like to see the price and took our thoughts into consideration. His approach to the open house was masterful, in order to generate demand with multiple competing offers, even though we never got that far! He had two offers, well over our asking price, with one going higher still, well before the open house was to occur. As we uncovered permitting for work we had previously done on the unit incomplete, Dan went as far as visiting the Building Inspector personally and helping get all the outstanding nits tidied up. And, as my wife and I were traveling or out of town for a good bit of the process, he proxied for us at a number of meetings and inspections. We may be out of the area, but if we ever come back, Dan will be the first person we look up!
