Dan is an excellent realtor with over 30 years of experience. He offered round the clock communication through out my home buying process. As a first time home buyer, Dan helped educate me on the ins and outs of home ownership and the buying process. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with him.

When my wife and I moved to Myrtle Beach, Dan found the perfect condo for our retirement. We gave his name to my twin sister and an older sister, and he found beautiful condos for them. Dan hooked my wife and me up with a probate attorney and also sold my older sister's condo on our behalf. He has always been available for consultation and advice as we navigate through realty and the law. We expect to work for him in the future when my wife and I ultimately relocate to Seattle as we become grandparents.

Dan was awesome! He took us to all the houses we wanted to look at. He also had all the information on each one of them as we arrived to view the homes. Would definitely recommend Dan to others looking for a new home.

Dan handled the sale of our previous home and the purchase of a new one side by side and maintained great communication throughout. Some of the showing requests had to be discussed thanks to our large dog, but everything worked out perfectly even with our tight timeline. Thanks again Dan!
