Dan is an excellent agent ! From getting the house cleaned out to getting it ready to sell, he guided us every step of the way. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kept us updated on all aspects of the sale.

Dan sold my house in what I would call record time. He's very knowledgeable about Real Estate. I found he was up-to-date on market trends and property values. He was always available when I had a question or ten. I felt his communication skill were on point and when it came to negotiations, he did his homework correctly because I got our asking price. If/when, I move back to the Reno area, I can tell you for sure, I will be using Dan again.

We used Dan to sell 2 different properties this year. He did his homework and put together an excellent photo tour of both. He blasted them out on go live day everywhere. Both sold in a day for more than asking price! During the escrow process, he was on top of issues as they came up and kept us informed. I’ve known Dan for many years in our previous profession.
