As a first-time homebuyer, I can't say enough about my experience with Damon Watkins and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. From beginning to end, he was very honest, considerate and very knowledgeable. He was always available day or night through text, calls, emails and made sure I had everything I needed in the process and shared very important information, tips and all his contacts as needed. He worked behind the scenes while homes were scarce., asking questions of lenders I would have never thought to ask. He went above and beyond the call and taught me things about homeownership, maintenance, etc. that I didn't know through the TWO homeownership courses I had taken in the process. I actually delayed this review as there are actually no amount of words to describe the incredible REAL experience with Damon as my agent and who I now consider a true friend for life. I not only speak for myself, but my husband and two teen daughters, who really enjoyed his sense of humor and honest, straight to the point personality. Again, I can go on and on, but if I had to pick one word to describe my experience with Damon, it would be "awesome."
