As a first-time homebuyer, I was clueless and nervous. Damon earned my trust from our very first call with his abundance of knowledge. During showings he spent a lot of time pointing out all the things, big and small, to pay close attention to when looking at older homes, and he gave me advice on whether they were things to have a specialist fix, or things that could be DIY projects to save money. He answered my hundreds of questions with patience and humor, and even gave me advice on specifics to ask my mortgage officer about. Damon listened to my search criteria and sent me homes that matched nearly perfectly. He never rushed me, on the contrary he would spend extra time on the phone with me making sure I understood every detail. When we found the right home and I was nervous about a couple issues found during the inspection, he went out of his way to meet specialists to get us quotes when I was out of town! Super nice guy. I recommend Damon 100% to anyone looking for a new home, especially if you are a first-time home buyer.

Damon outperformed all of my expectations. He conveyed information to me as quickly as he recited it himself. He answered my questions immediatley and precisely. He even helped to manage the concerns of the eventual buyer of my property.

I highly recommend using Damon as a realtor. I first met him in 2016 at a open house when I was looking to buy as a first time buyer with a PHFA loan - he took the time to break down the whole buying process for me and provided me with contact information to get pre-approved He ended up finding me the prefect house! I reached out to him again in 2023 to sell the same house as I was moving out of state for work. He made the selling process very smooth and had excellent communication about what was needed of me. I was nervous about the financial aspect of the selling process but Damon helped me walk away with money in the bank/feeling like the home was a solid investment.

We sold from out of town. Damon was our right hand man. He handled everything we could not do remotely, and walked us through the needed list of things to do. We got our price and he also helped us spend money on repairs where necessary, and saved us wasting thousands on expenses that were NOT necessary, that a buyer would change, etc. He also handled things I did not expect and I am very, very grateful to him for that.
