He is very knowledgeable concerning the properties in the areas he deals with and all procedures concerning the process of acquiring a home. Most important is the effort he puts in in assisting his clients in obtaining a home. For example, in our case he went so far as showing up at our home at 7:00 a.m. to meet the company which was delivering some items to us on the morning of the day we were due to move in. If needed, we would not hesitate to employ Dale again in the future.
