Prior to this closing, he also checked on condo after the major storm. He went above & beyond what is expected of a Real Estate Agent to include previously bringing other items to my childhood home from my condo & taking away items from my childhood home for disposal. This assistance provided me with much needed help without a high cost. My brother had passed in April 2021 & I was working on sale while planning move back to my childhood home. Although I am retired, it was a big task since childhood home also had issues to handle.
