Our experience with Dale has exceeded our expectations. We were relocating from Texas to Virginia and had three days to find a home before we flew back. Dale worked tirelessly, both in preparation for our three day tour, and during the time we were here, looking at 8-10 homes a day. Dale had the days thoughtfully scheduled and have honest opinions about the properties. He was very familiar with the areas in which we wanted to look, and tailored everything to the needs of our family. As an example of his thoroughness, we looked at a property with an unfinished basement. Dale knew we wanted to add one, and he took it upon himself to call the county permitting office to see if there would be any hangups in finishing the basement. And that was for a house we didn’t even make an offer on. Dale was easy to work with, and always responsive to our needs. On top of all that, Dale took care of everything between the time we signed our contract until we closed almost 45 days later, making numerous trips to the property to oversee the inspection and walk through the property on our behalf the day before we closed. I cannot recommend Dale strongly enough to someone coming from out of state, not sure what to expect. Over my lifetime, I’ve worked with several real estate agents, and Dale has been head and shoulders above the rest.

Dale is amazing! When we started searching for a house a friend recommended Dale Brandon to us. We were new to the area and unsure of many things, plus we've had a very bad experience with buying a house in the past. From the very first phone call Dale has been amazing! He always told us “if you see a house you like let me know the date and time you want to see it”. He followed thru every time. He was very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about homes, land, wells, septic, etc. He was never pushy or questioned us if we didn’t like something. I can't begin to say enough about Dale Brandon's enthusiasm, knowledge, professionalism, and patience! My husband and I took a house-hunting trip from Florida and had about 5 days to purchase a home in the Fredericksburg - Montclair area. Prior to our arrival, we truly inundated Dale with emails, phone calls, texts regarding houses we saw on Zillow. Dale quickly responded to EVERY contact and provided us with updated information. When we arrived in Virginia to actually start looking at houses, Dale already had about 3-days’ worth of viewings lined up for us.
