We found Dale on youtube to sell us property. We had a good conversation from the get go. Dale explained the process, the expectations and market situation. Once the property was listed, immediately Dale received several showing requests. Showings resulted in several offers. Dale offered his opinion in accepting the offers and negotiations but never tried to influence us on any decision. Once we entered the contract, he guided us through each step patiently. Dale was great to work with from the beginning to end of our home buying process. We are first time home buyers moving from Seattle to Las Vegas. While the process of moving from different states is stressful enough, Dale made it as least stressful as possible. We started the whole home building process since 2021. We met our first realtor in September 2021 but we'rent very happy with her.
