We were able to visit again and we toured Inspirada and fell in love with the convenience of the area. Dale was able to go every once in a while and take pictures of the progress, and whenever we had issues with the builder Dale would be our voice and get us answers when the builder wouldn't, which was important since we weren't able to visit as much as we would like. After we did the new homeowner orientation we discovered some issues that the builder had to fix, and we were unable to visit for the final approval and Dale was able to sign on our behalf and get the keys for us. The most important thing for us was to be able to find someone that could advocate for us, and Dale went above and beyond.
