Dale went above and beyond in assisting me with the sell of our family home. Our first meeting was via zoom and he came prepared to answer all of our questions. He was so prepared we had no questions in the end because he touched every thought that crossed our mind before and during the call. He also had the necessary handyman and pool guy to repair a few things at the house prior to the house being listed. My wife and I discovered Dale via his YouTube channel where he covered new build homes in great detail. We instantly got hooked on his videos and reached out to inquire about the home buying process. We were moving from Southern California and we wanted someone reputable who could be our advocate since we could only come out a few times due to work. We met the first time and he was very easy to work with, he showed us some places around the southwest and northwest. We were able to visit again and we toured Inspirada and fell in love with the convenience of the area. Dale was able to go every once in a while and take pictures of the progress, and whenever we had issues with the builder Dale would be our voice and get us answers when the builder wouldn't, which was important since we weren't able to visit as much as we would like. After we did the new homeowner orientation we discovered some issues that the builder had to fix, and we were unable to visit for the final approval and Dale was able to sign on our behalf and get the keys for us. The most important thing for us was to be able to find someone that could advocate for us, and Dale went above and beyond. If you are an out of state buyer like us and would like some peace of mind, we wholeheartedly recommend Dale.
