Dale is great because he takes his time to go out to many new build communities, learn about them, and records/posts YouTube videos that are very detailed/informative. That’s how I found about him. I have been watching Dale’s content on YouTube since 2022, finally reached out back in August of 2023 when I was ready to purchase in the Las Vegas valley. As a first-time home buyer, it was a good decision to work with an agent. But it was a better experience when we worked with Dale!
