We were first time home buyers looking for our first home in a sellers' market, so we had to rely on his expertise a lot to guide us along the process. He listened to what we were looking for and was very patient with us. Dakota managed to arrange tours that worked with our schedules and took us to see MANY houses (we lost count somewhere around the 20th or so house!) until we finally found the one! He is Patient and Understanding. Since this was our first time buying a house, we had a LOT of questions - he understands the market, the contracts, and the procedures and he patiently helped us navigate the different situations and advised on options we had. One of the best qualities about him is that he's not pushy or 'salesy'. We were comfortable discussing openly with Dakota how we felt about the house/neighborhood/cost etc. We did not feel pressured at any point to make a decision.
