From the start, Dakota spoke with me and took information on my price range, location and what I was looking for and set me up with homes within that. Dakota and I looked at 5 different homes and he was very knowledgeable and provided good insight on the questions that I had on each home. Dakota was great. I wanted to sell my house and he took care of everything. I moved 700 miles away while it was for sale and didn’t have to do anything but e-sign a few papers. He even went in and cleaned up messes I left and got the house ready for pics.

Dakota was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. I ran into a couple times where the seller was unresponsive and they were missing deadlines. Dakota contacted the seller’s agent and was very effective at soliciting responses. He also gave me great referrals for contractors and other services that I needed. I offered to help move a piano for the Seller, and Dakota even offered the help me move it. He was such an amazing agent and I had a very good experience with him.
