I had been preparing to move for about six years, but the market was down and the realtors I had conferred with did not encourage me. They valued my house low and expected to get an even lower price. Cynthia came and viewed the property I had, stated that it would sell and for more than I had been told. She informed of the things I would have to do to prepare the house and land, and agreed to list it on the Multiple Listing Service. It was listed at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night, at 8:30 pm she called and told me two buyers wanted to view it on Sunday afternoon. At 8:30 pm on Sunday we had an offer, which proved to be above my expectation. Cynthia guided me through the process, solved several concerns and represented me at the closing.
