Cynthia exceeded our expectations on both transactions that we worked with her to complete. From the outset she was responsive and able to provide us guidance at every intersection of both of our deals. We had a great experience with her as both a buying agent and a selling agent. As a buying agent she ensured that we had a good range of properties to consider and helped us evaluate pros and cons of each property. As our selling agent she helped us through a troublesome scenario with a potential purchaser that defaulted on an offer. She was able to quickly get our property relisted and ensure we got an even better value for it. I cannot overstate the value of a realtor with her approach to service and the incredible expertise she brings to the table. I had been preparing to move for about six years, but the market was down and the realtors I had conferred with did not encourage me. They valued my house low and expected to get an even lower price. Cynthia came and viewed the property I had, stated that it would sell and for more than I had been told. She informed of the things I would have to do to prepare the house and land, and agreed to list it on the Multiple Listing Service. It was listed at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night, at 8:30 pm she called and told me two buyers wanted to view it on Sunday afternoon. At 8:30 pm on Sunday we had an offer, which proved to be above my expectation. Cynthia guided me through the process, solved several concerns and represented me at the closing. Finding her and getting her help was a very pleasant suprise, she is professional in every way. Anyone seeking to sell should listen to her wisdom and counsel. I did and I am very pleased.

Cynthia is the most professional real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you value your time and money, she is the only person you want. She arrives early to her appointments, professionally dressed for the occasion with all the information needed. You are her chief concern during the process. She goes above a beyond what you would expect of a real estate agent. All of your questions are immediately addressed, she even pauses during a conversation to text the person who can answer the question. She is First Class all the way!
