I was in the process of cleaning out my deceased mother's house getting it ready for sale and noticed the house on the block was sold and closed very quickly. I thought I would interview the agent of record. The response from my internet inquiry was very quick. We talked by phone and set up an appointment. She came to the house and I was so impressed with her demeanor...Not at all pushy..which works for me. Well, I listed with her that very day and you know what happened.
